| We can provide advice to either freeholder or leaseholder as to the price which should be payable. This will vary case by case, and will be based on factors which include the ‘full’ value of the property, length of lease term remaining, and terms and conditions of the lease including ground rent.
If the parties cannot agree, we can take a case to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, who will decide the matter in such circumstances.
